Myanmar Ambassador to Belgium and the European Union, H.E. U Soe Lynn Han attended ASEAN-EU Senior Officials’ Meeting on preparations for the upcoming ASEAN-EU Commemorative Summit in December 2022

Ambassador H.E. U Soe Lynn Han, Myanmar Ambassador to Belgium and the European Union, on behalf of the ASEAN-Myanmar SOM leader, has attended ASEAN-EU Senior Officials’ Meeting on 7 October 2022 in preparations of the forthcoming ASEAN-EU Commemorative Summit to be held in December.
In the meeting, they exchanged views on the preparation and administrative arrangement for the upcoming ASEAN-EU Commemorative Summit, 10th ASEAN EU-Business Summit and ASEAN-EU Youth Summit as side events, and also discussed on the outcome documents to be adopted at the forthcoming summit:- Joint Leaders’ Statement of the ASEAN-EU Commemorative Summit on the 45th Anniversary of ASEAN-EU Dialogue Relations; and newly adopted ASEAN-EU Plan of Action (2023-2027) at the ASEAN-EU Post-Ministerial Meeting PMC+1 in August 2022.
The meeting was chaired by the H.E. Mr. Gunnar Wiegand, Managing Director of Asia and Pacific of European Union External Action (EEAS) and H.E. Mrs. MA. THERESA P. LAZARO, Philippines SOM Leader and Coordinator for the ASEAN-EU Dialogue Relations and attended by Senior Officials and representatives from ASEAN Member States (AMS) and European Union, and representative from ASEAN.

အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ (၄၅) နှစ်မြောက် အထိမ်းအမှတ် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး ကျင်းပနိုင်ရေးနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများအစည်းအဝေးကို ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၊ အောက်တို ဘာလ (၇) ရက်တွင် ဗီဒီယိုကွန်ဖရင့်စနစ်ဖြင့် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ရာ မြန်မာအဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးကိုယ်စား ဘယ်လ်ဂျီယံနိုင်ငံနှင့် ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးစိုးလင်းဟန်မှ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အစည်းအဝေး၌ အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ ထိပ်သီးအဆင့်အစည်းအဝေးနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ အုပ်ချုပ်မှု ဆိုင်ရာ ပြင်ဆင်ထားရှိသည့် အခြေအနေများ၊ ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး၏ side events ဖြစ်သည့် (၁၀) ကြိမ်မြောက် အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ စီးပွားရေးထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး (10th ASEAN-EU Business Summit) နှင့် အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ လူငယ်လူရွယ်များ အစည်းအဝေး (ASEAN-EU Youth Summit) ကျင်းပပြု လုပ်နိုင်ရေးနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် စီစဉ်ထားရှိမှု အခြေအနေနှင့် ထိပ်သီးအစည်း အဝေးရလဒ်များ (outcome documents) အဖြစ် ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာမည့် အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ (၄၅) နှစ်မြောက် အထိမ်းအမှတ် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး ဆိုင်ရာ အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ ခေါင်းဆောင်များ၏ ပူးတွဲကြေညာချက်၊ အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ လုပ်ငန်းစီမံချက် (၂၀၂၃-၂၀၂၇) နှင့် လာမည့် ၂၀၂၃ခုနှစ်တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်မည့် အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများ အဆင့် အစည်းအဝေးနှင့် အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ ဝန်ကြီးများအဆင့် အစည်းအဝေးတို့နှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ အမြင်ချင်း ဖလှယ်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အဆိုပါ အစည်းအဝေးအား ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂ ပြည်ပဆက်ဆံရေးဌာန (EEAS)၊ အာရှနှင့် ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသ ဆိုင်ရာ ဦးဆောင်ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး H.E. Mr. Gunnar Wiegand နှင့် အာဆီယံ-အီးယူ ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူး ဖြစ်သည့် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံ အဆင့်မြင့် အရာရှိကြီး H.E. Mrs. MA. THERESA P. LAZARO တို့မှ ပူးတွဲ သဘာပတိ အဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပြီး အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများမှ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီးများ၊ အီးယူကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့် အာဆီယံအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်ရုံးမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်တို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်းသိရှိရပါသည်။
