H.E. Mr. Soe Lynn Han, Ambassador of Myanmar, delivered some remarks at the Closing Ceremony of the training programme for ASEAN diplomats “Diplomacy and Regional Cooperation” organized by the Clingendael Institute in The Hague, Netherlands on 22nd October 2019. In this connection, the Ambassador stressed that capacity building of diplomats plays an integral role in fostering understanding, respect and cooperation between ASEAN and the EU, the two advancing regional blocs in the international arena.
At the ceremony, the Ambassador was greeted by the two Myanmar diplomats from the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs participating in the said training.
